2. The Role: High-Ticket Sales Representative
This is a remote, full-cycle, high-ticket sales role (1099 independent contractor) focused on consultative selling to business decision-makers. You’ll sell our proven recruiting and onboarding solutions to SMBs struggling with sales team scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run phone/video discovery calls to uncover client needs.
- Deliver presentations using our structured sales process.
- Close $15K–$20K+ deals with CEOs, COOs, Founders, VPs of Sales, or Heads of Recruiting.
- Manage your CRM pipeline, follow-ups, and tasks accurately.
- Manage your assigned territory to maximize sales opportunity.
- Represent SRU professionally and ethically.
- Maintain sales production minimums.
